ALLEN NIP PATRICK
President of Baseball Operations
Nip Patrick brings years of leadership, athletic excellence, and player development to the helm of Five Tool Baseball Club.
A proud graduate of Cherokee High School, Nip was a multi-sport athlete with a standout focus on football and baseball. He went on to play college football at Mars Hill University, where he further sharpened his discipline, work ethic, and passion for coaching.
As a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA), Nip is committed to continuous growth and coaching excellence. Under his leadership, Five Tool Baseball reached the Final Four at the 2024 PG World Series 11U—cementing the program’s place among the nation’s top-tier youth clubs.
Over the years, multiple teams under Nip’s guidance have earned national rankings through Perfect Game, a testament to his ability to develop talent and build championship-caliber teams.

Nip’s mission goes beyond wins. He’s driven to develop young athletes into high-character competitors, both on the diamond and in life.
